Duwain Ketch

Duwain Ketch is a resident of Burke Center and has been for 27 years. He attended Northeastern University majoring in Business Administration. Mr. Ketch worked as an Editorial Operations Manager of an electronic publishing company for 7 years before becoming a Real Estate Agent. Duwain spent most of his career serving the Federal Civil Service for 20 years managing human resources and administrative services program.

Mr. Ketch is presently leading the Fairfax Library Foundation Scholarship Committee; a Trustee for the Burke Centre Conservancy, Inc.; Treasurer and Sergeant-at-Arms for the Burke Rotary Club; President and Treasurer for the Friends of the Kings Park Library; Treasurer of the Friends of Burke Centre Library; and a member of the Time Capsule Task Force for the Burke Centre Library.

Mr. Ketch has had other Burke Centre volunteer positions including service as Vice-Chair of the Web site Task Force in 2000; Chair of the Budget and Finance Committee for 9 years; Chair and Architectural Review Representative for the Marshall Pond Cluster Committee; Burke Centre representative for the Fairfax County Planned Residential Community District Task Force and a member of the Task Force for Acquisition of Lynch Farm.
