Courtney McNair Bulger
Courtney Bulger is the assistant director of Development and Corporate Relations for the International Association of Fire Chiefs. In this capacity, she is responsible for the business partnerships and sponsorships for five annual conferences. She currently works with businesses such as Motorola and Verizon Wireless on telecommunications issues within the fire service. Before joining the IAFC, Ms. Bulger was the Director of Business and Industry Relations for the Fairfax County Public Schools. While at FCPS, she managed nearly 350 business/school partnerships and facilitated training and events for partnership coordinators.
Courtney graduated from the University of Richmond in 1989 with a BA in Political Science and Communication. She completed her Masters in Public Administration from George Mason University in 1992. She also completed Leadership Fairfax in 1998 and the Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership in 2004.
Her favorite pastime is her family. Her husband, Patrick; daughters Virginia and Emma; and dogs Newton and Roxy, live in Herndon.
